Q: Can you bind the documents after photocopying?
Yes, we can. Please refer to the various book binding services under the "Photocopy Service Price" page.
Q: I know A4 size but what is A3 size?
A3 size is double the size of A4.
Q: I know A4 size but what is A5 and A6 size?
Basically, there will be two A5 in one A4 size and four A6 in one A4 size.
Q: Are you able to cut into A5 size?
Yes, we will provide FREE cutting service into A5 and A6 size only.
Q: What are your opening hours?
We are open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. (Closed during weekends and Public Holidays)
Q: Do you provide pick up and delivery services too?
Yes, we can provide FREE pick up and delivery services with a minimum quota of SGD50 per bill.
Q: Will there be a delivery charge if my total is less than $50.00?
Unfortunately, Yes. An additional charge of $10.00 will be included in your bill for a one-way trip and $20.00 for a two-way trip.
Q: Can I send my originals through email?
Yes. you can. Please send it in PDF format and attach the files to your email. PDF format is the safest mode as your copies will turn out exactly as what you see on your computer screen. I don't recommend sending it in MS word or excel format though, the margins may be different according to individual computer settings.
